The Voskhod HPE-750/4 bakery ovens structurally consist of: • 4 baking chambers equipped with blind hinged doors; • a control system, which is represented by individual thermostats for each chamber; • a system of heating elements: each chamber contains 8 heating elements, which are divided into upper and lower groups (4 pcs. each), thus, the oven has 8 independent thermostats for setting the heating power of each group; • a steam humidification system; • an individual timer for each chamber. The design of the chambers provides for the possibility of placing an additional set of hearth sheets (2 pcs. for each chamber), thus, the total display area can be increased by 2 times.
