Bakery cabinet Abat ЭШ-3к can be built into the heating line or installed in a professional kitchen separately from other equipment. The design of each chamber of the bakery cabinet includes heating elements (TENs), hearth sheet, door and control panel. Each chamber contains 13 TENs, built-in ceiling part and placed under the hearth. Group placement of electric heaters in the chamber ensures high air heating speed and fast readiness of food products. The operating temperature range of the Abat ESH-3k bakery cabinet varies from 20 to 270°C. Each group of heating elements is adjusted using an individual multi-position thermostat, which ensures continuous maintenance of the set temperature throughout the entire operating cycle of the cabinet. Each chamber is equipped with a thermal switch - a functional element of the temperature control system that provides protection against overheating and prevents breakage of the bakery cabinet. The cabinet doors are equipped with a spring mechanism and a built-in sealing gasket, which guarantees tight closing and maintains the tightness of the working volume. Each control panel is equipped with light signaling fittings that display the supply of voltage to the heating elements and indicate the heating progress.
