The dispenser has an easy-to-use design that supplies the mass to the portion dispensing needle in automatic mode. The dispenser can be used for portioning products of absolutely different types: it can be used to dispense both delicate confectionery creams and thick minced meat and seafood. Distinctive features of the Infel DF-200 dispenser: • there are 2 operating modes: automatic and semi-automatic; • in automatic feed mode, the machine independently supplies the food mass at a speed of every 4 seconds; • in semi-automatic mode, the operator regulates the speed independently; • the size of each portion can be adjusted smoothly; • the maximum size of one portion is 100 grams; • the device has a low dosing error: up to 3 grams; • the simple design ensures ease of washing the dispenser; • cleaning the working elements does not require disassembling the dispenser. Nozzles that can be used when working with Infel DF-200: • single needle with an outlet diameter of 8 to 25 in (straight or curved); • double needle with an outlet diameter of 8 to 25 in (straight or curved); • extended needle used to dispense products with small solid elements (for example, pieces of chocolate); • nozzles for depositing machines; • needles with 3 or 4 outlets for dispensing.
