Getting on the sickle-shaped balancer, the dough layer smoothly rolls down the inclined plane of the dough sheeter and gets to the second row of rollers, where it is rolled out again, taking the shape of a circle. The thickness of the resulting dough layer can be adjusted by changing the distance between the rollers.
