The Fimar FIR/42 (FRP/40) dough sheeter is a combination of two pairs of rollers located parallel to each other. To start working, simply set the required dough thickness using the manual roller gap thickness regulator and turn on the device. The rollers will start rotating, which ensures the movement of the dough between them. Place a piece of kneaded dough in a plastic container located above the upper pair of rollers. The workpiece will pass through them and take the shape of an ellipse. Then the cook should either turn the workpiece over or simply move it to the second pair of rollers manually, depending on the required shape of the rolled dough. If the ellipse is turned by 90°, then at the exit you get a rounded dough layer, ideal for making pizza.
