Tabletop dough sheeter GGF Easy 500 SM, electric drive, roller width 500 in, gap 0.1-34 in, conveyor 500x496 in, 1000x810x470 in, 0.37 kW, 220 V Tabletop dough sheeter GGF Easy 500 SM is a compact machine for rolling out dough from the leading manufacturer of bakery equipment, the Italian company GGF. Any enterprise that prepares large batches of dough products cannot do without the GGF Easy 500 SM dough sheeter: buns and cakes in pastry shops, dumplings and ravioli - in a small food enterprise, puff pastries and pies in fast food outlets, noodles and lasagne - in restaurants with Italian cuisine. The GGF Easy 500 SM dough sheeter is a housing with a motor and rollers and two working plates installed on both sides of the housing at a slight angle. The thickness of the dough at the outlet can be adjusted in the range from 0.1 to 34 in using a clear mechanism on the side of the dough sheeter housing. The width of the dough will not exceed 490 in. Rolling out the dough into a thin layer with a uniform texture is carried out by rotating rollers made of chromed steel. A sufficiently large diameter of the rollers (60 in) ensures high-quality rolling, and it is recommended to pass the dough through the rollers several times to obtain a more delicate dough structure. The reverse motion function in the GGF Easy 500 SM dough sheeter is set manually. The working surface, the conveyor belt itself, is made of stainless steel with a Teflon coating, which prevents the dough from sticking to the surface. The design of the GGF Easy 500 SM dough sheeter includes metal meshes on both sides of the working area. These safety measures prevent foreign objects from getting into the rotating mechanism.
