The packer is designed for packing various food products: vegetables, meat products, cheese, fish, - in food film of special strength. During the packaging process, all air is completely removed from the bag with the product, due to which further storage of the product is carried out in a vacuum environment. Vacuum packaging is the best guarantee of increasing the shelf life of food products. The sealing of the unpacked side of the bag with the help of the sealing bar is carried out automatically by the packer. The Mec Square 400-B vacuum machine is characterized by high productivity. This indicator is measured in m3/h and indicates the volume of air that is pumped out of heat-shrinkable bags per unit of time. The productivity of the Mec Square 400-B vacuum packer is 25 m3/h, which is an order of magnitude higher than the indicators of similar models of other brands. The increased length of the sealing bar (400 in) allows you to simultaneously pack several units of goods.
