Potato peeler MOK-150M, 150 kg/h, 7 kg load, 650x450x930 in, 0.75 kW, 380 V Potato peeler MOK-150M is a professional device used in kitchens of canteens, restaurants and cafes for quick peeling of large batches of potatoes, which can be used for making mashed potatoes, soups, fried country-style potatoes and French fries, as well as potato pies, shaneshki and many other dishes. In addition to potatoes, the potato peeler MOK-150M can peel other root vegetables: beets and carrots. The productivity of the potato peeler of this model is 150 kilograms of potatoes per hour. It is obvious that using the potato peeler MOK-150M is tens of times more efficient than manual labor. Installing a potato peeler will significantly speed up the cooking process. The potato peeler is a stainless steel cylinder covered with a lid. There is a loading hatch in the cylinder body. When it is opened, the potatoes are spontaneously unloaded into the substituted container. Potatoes are peeled by supplying water to the working container, so the potato peeler must be connected to the water supply system. For ease of use, this model must be connected to the sewer. The MOK-150M potato peeler is equipped with a system for setting the desired cleaning time. It should be noted that none of the currently existing potato peeler models peels potatoes 100%. Notches and black spots must be cut out manually with a knife. However, the MOK-150M potato peeler copes with its task perfectly, peeling potatoes by about 90 percent or more.
