Potato peeler K-300, 580x450x890mm, 300kg/h, load 14kg, 0.55kW, 380V Potato peeler K-300 is used in public catering establishments and is used to peel vegetables: beets, carrots, potatoes, onions and other root vegetables. Due to friction against abrasive surfaces inside the working chamber, the peel is quickly removed from the surfaces of vegetables, which allows you to peel large batches of products in a short period of time. Electric potato peeler K-300 is equipped with a disc with an abrasive surface, which is located in the lower part of the working chamber. The disc rotates and sets in motion the products placed in the chamber. In just a few seconds, you can peel at least 10 kg of products. The equipment performance reaches 300 kg. per 1 hour of continuous operation. The design of the potato peeler provides special protection of the equipment from overloads and voltage drops in the electrical network. The device is connected to a three-phase power grid with a voltage of 380 V. The K-300 potato peeler is equipped with a large unloading compartment, which allows feeding products into a substituted container while the disk is still rotating. The equipment is easy to use and convenient to operate. The design is almost entirely made of stainless steel. Additional technical characteristics: Productivity: 300 kg / h Rotation frequency of the working shaft: 383 rpm Product loading rate: 10 kg Water consumption at a pressure of 2 kg / cm2: 0.15 m3 / h Current type: three-phase alternating Current frequency: 50 Hz Nominal voltage: 380 V Nominal power: 0.55 kW Dimensions: 580x450x890 in Weight: 48 kg
