Article: R18-01 iKnopka R18 Pager Receiver (for T180 Base Unit) Designed to receive order/call readiness notifications from the T180 Base Unit as part of the iKnopka T180/R18 Customer Alert System. This system solves the problem of crowds of visitors waiting in line to receive an order (for example, at a food court). Having placed an order at the checkout and received a special pager, the client no longer needs to worry about not seeing the number on the board and missing their turn. They can even take a walk nearby (the system's range is about 150 meters; the system can be configured so that the pager starts emitting a warning signal if the client suddenly leaves the system's coverage area). As soon as the order is ready, the pager will emit a sound/light/vibration signal that is impossible to miss. The pager is exchanged for a ready order at the issuance.
