Pizza oven GGF E6/A is designed specifically for high-quality preparation of traditional Italian pizza. With pizza oven GGF E6/A you can simultaneously prepare up to 6 pizzas with a diameter of 30cm. Excellent taste of pizza is guaranteed by the cooking technology itself: the dish is prepared on a special ceramic hearth surface, which effectively retains heat, evenly distributing it over its entire surface. However, pizza can be placed not on the hearth itself, but in special forms, if you want to get even edges. After cooking, the hearth surface is cleaned with a special brush with hard fibers. The operating temperature maintained in the GGF E6/A oven is 50-500°C. This range of temperatures allows you to cook not only pizza in the oven, but also other bakery products and some independent dishes such as lasagna, as well as simply reheat ready-made dishes. The exact temperature in the chamber is always monitored thanks to the thermometer built into the control panel. Direct heating is carried out thanks to powerful heating elements in the upper and lower parts of the baking chamber. Structurally, the GGF E6/A pizza oven is a durable stainless steel oven with a convenient door that opens with an ergonomic heat-insulated handle. The door has a window made of heat-resistant glass. If you turn on the backlight, you can periodically monitor the cooking process. But you will not have to monitor the process for long - a delicious Italian dish at a temperature of 300°C is cooked in just 5 minutes! Additional technical characteristics: Number of chambers: 1 pc.
