Pizza oven GGF E99/A, 2 chambers 910x910x140mm, temp. 50…+500°С, 1150x1020x750mm, 19.2 kW, 380V There is no doubt that the taste of pizza depends not only on the professionalism of the chef, but also on the quality of the equipment in which it is prepared. GGF has released one of the most high-performance models, the GGF E99/A oven. This oven consists of two separate tiers with an independent control panel for each of them. In the GGF E99/A pizza oven, you can simultaneously cook 18 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm. Due to the effect of high temperatures (working range 50-500°С), pizza is cooked in it in a matter of minutes. But in addition to pizza, the oven can bake buns, pies, and some other dough dishes. The main feature of professional pizza ovens is the lower surface made of ceramic stone. This material is able to effectively accumulate heat, thereby saving energy. In addition, the workpieces do not burn on the ceramic hearth, the dough itself does not dry out and is baked evenly. The air inside the baking chamber of the GGF E99/A pizza oven is heated by built-in heating elements in the upper and lower parts of each tier of the oven. Moreover, the temperature of each heating element can be set separately. The cooking process can be monitored through a small window made of fireproof glass, turning on the function of lighting the chamber from the inside. The doors are opened with an ergonomic, reliably heat-insulated handle. In addition to other advantages, the GGF E99/A pizza oven is easy to sanitize. The oven is made of high-quality stainless steel, safe for contact with food and resistant to corrosion. The ceramic hearth is cleaned with a special brush made of natural fibers.
