The bowl of the Viatto DH-20B dough mixer is non-removable, and the crossbar is fixed. The products are laid out and the finished dough is removed manually. A lid is installed above the bowl, which does not allow direct contact with the mixing organ during operation. However, through the mesh structure of the lid, you can pour products into the bowl and thereby adjust the consistency of the dough directly during kneading.
