Thermal tables
Thermal tables combine a worktable-style format with heated food holding for serving lines, kitchens, and other foodservice areas where prepared dishes need to remain available between production and service. This group includes thermal tables from Kocateq, Atesi, HICOLD, and Kobor, along with a closed counter table. Models vary by designation and configuration, including versions described without a side and a GN-designated table.
Those differences matter when fitting equipment into a line, defining the working side, or coordinating the table with surrounding counters and service equipment. Consider the available location, the preferred table layout, and the food holding format needed for the operation. A closed counter-style option may suit layouts that also call for an enclosed counter arrangement, while other thermal tables may better match open working areas.
