Abat KPEM-200/9T food cooking kettle, 200 l, 100°C, drain tap, steam jacket, 841x1018x1182 in, 18.1 kW, 400 V The KPEM-200/9T food cooking kettle is used in the catering industry for the production of large batches of soups, broths, porridges and third courses. Suitable for boiling water. The device is not intended for making jam, marmalade, preserves and mousses. The kettle is suitable for installation as part of process lines in a professional kitchen, and can also be placed independently, independently of other equipment. The design of the KPEM 200/9T food cooking kettle includes: • a capacious cooking tank with a volume of 200 liters and a vessel diameter of 652 in; • a drain tap on the front panel of the body; • a steam-water jacket that prevents overheating and sticking of products; • a heating element system including 6 heating elements; • a massive lid with an easy-to-grip handle for comfortable lifting (the lid can be fixed in any position above the cooking vessel); • height-adjustable support legs. The KPEM-200/9T electric food kettle operates in 3 heating modes: weak, medium and strong. If there is no water in the steam-water jacket, the protective system is triggered, which blocks the start of heating. The cooking vessel and the body surfaces are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. By special order, the manufacturer produces food kettles with a cooking vessel made of special AISI 316 steel, which is resistant to acidic environments.
