The oven is designed for use in a professional kitchen and is designed for active daily use in flow mode. The model is equipped with a spacious chamber designed for the installation of 8 baking sheets measuring 600x400 in. Such equipment can be successfully used in the kitchens of any modern restaurants, cafes, bakeries and pastry shops. The oven is universal in use and is suitable for heat treatment of all types of food products.
