Using this unit in the kitchen, you will, firstly, significantly expand the range of dishes offered to customers, and, secondly, ensure high speed of their preparation, because the processing time of food products on the surface of the unit is only a few minutes. The heating surface is divided into two parts. The coating of the left half is smooth, the right is ribbed.
