The cabinet is used for rapid cooling and storage of food products at temperatures from 0 to +5°С. A distinctive feature of this model is the increased volume of the chamber with a minimum area occupied by the equipment. The useful volume of the chamber of the refrigerated cabinet Abat ШХс-0,7 is 0.67 m3. Products are laid out on four shelves, the total area of which is 1.55 m2. The shelves are made of durable steel, they have a lattice structure and can easily withstand a load of up to 40 kg. When the door is opened, the chamber is illuminated by a built-in lamp. During the development of the design of the Abat ШХс-0,7 refrigerated cabinet, special attention was paid to the thermal insulation of the chamber. For this purpose, the case was given a solid, monolithic form, and its walls are filled with polyurethane foam from the inside. The thickness of the case walls is 57 in. A magnetic closer reduces heat inflow into the chamber during opening and closing of the door. Distribution of cooled air in the chamber is carried out from top to bottom, since the refrigeration unit is located in the upper part of the cabinet. During periods of cabinet operation, when the door is in the closed position, a fan operates in the chamber, accelerating the cooled air throughout the chamber. When the cabinet door is opened, the fan stops. The Abat ШХс-0,7 refrigerated cabinet does not require special maintenance. In particular, defrosting is carried out automatically, which will free the staff from the need to periodically defrost the chamber. The cabinet door opens 180 °, which makes it easy to load products into the chamber and remove them. For the convenience of placing goods on the bottom shelf, the refrigerated cabinet ШХс-0.7 is equipped with legs, the height of which can be adjusted, choosing the optimal level of placement. The outer surfaces of the refrigerated cabinet are made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. The design has an additional option - a built-in handle for transporting and transporting the cabinet.
