Batch freezer Frigomat GX 2 W produces soft ice cream, which is laid out in gastronorm containers of different types and placed in chambers of refrigerated display cases or portioned manually using a measuring spoon. The operation of the batch freezer is extremely simple: to create a delicious chilled dessert, you only need to fill the working container with food mass and set the operating parameters using the electromechanical control panel. The Frigomat GX 2 W batch freezer has two bins for loading food mass, which allows you to cook two types of soft ice cream at the same time. Each working area has an individual electromechanical control system (all operating parameters are set manually). The control panels are equipped with timers that allow you to program the cooling time of the food mass. Each control panel is also equipped with an individual thermostat, which is a 7-position temperature switch. In addition, both working platforms of the batch freezer are equipped with a system for easy and quick unloading of finished ice cream. For easy cleaning of the working surfaces of the bins, the batch freezer is equipped with a washing system that provides water supply and the ability to adjust its pressure.
