The batch freezer ensures the prompt preparation of delicate soft ice cream with a uniform consistency. The advantage of this model is the presence of two working zones, each of which is used to prepare one type of ice cream. Any food mass with a liquid consistency can serve as a basis for preparing soft ice cream using the Frigomat GX 2 A batch freezer. Mixtures for soft ice cream can be prepared on the basis of dairy products, syrups, juices, chopped fresh berries and fruits, etc. The principle of making soft ice cream is based on two simple processes carried out by the batch freezer simultaneously: cooling and mixing. The ingredients of the food mass are mixed in bins, each of which holds at least 2.5 kg of food mass. A two-blade mixing organ rotating at high speed is installed in the central part of each bin. The cooling system operates in parallel. As a result, the food mass thickens and acquires the consistency of soft ice cream. Each bin is equipped with a transparent lid made of shock-resistant plastic. The work process is clearly visible through the lids, which allows the operator to monitor and control the mixing process. The working areas are equipped with individual control panels consisting of the following functional elements: a mixing organ start button; a timer programming the cooling time; a seven-position thermostat, a light signal lamp, a system for unloading finished ice cream. The batch freezer is equipped with a cleaning system that ensures quick and easy washing of the surfaces of the bins and mixing organs.
