The batch freezer is easy to operate, simple to clean and reliable. The working cylinder, in which the food mass is mixed and cooled, is located vertically in the batch freezer body. The cylinder is characterized by a large capacity. The Frigomat G20 batch freezer has a throughput of 20 kg/hour. The batch freezer is equipped with an air-cooling system. The device is equipped with a removable attachment for whipping the food mass, as well as a scraper that prevents the food mass from settling on the walls of the working cylinder. The control panel is equipped with a speed controller for the mixing organs. The Frigomat G20 batch freezer is equipped with a transparent lid, through the plane of which you can easily monitor the level of processing of the food mass.
