The container with blocks is located at the bottom of the chamber. Dry aging of meat is performed by ensuring an optimal level of temperature and humidity in a long mode. On average, the process of complete processing of the product can reach 3-4 weeks. The meat aging chamber creates a unique microclimate in which the product acquires original taste qualities and a rich aromatic bouquet.
