Machine UKM-06-11, drive, meat grinder in, vegetable cutter MO-01, 1.12/1.5 kW, 380V Universal kitchen machine UKM-06-11 is used for making minced meat, as well as for cutting vegetables and fruits into pieces of different sizes. With this easy-to-use device, you can easily get large batches of minced meat or fish, as well as chop any raw vegetables at high speed. The design of the device includes: • drive mechanism (PM); • meat grinder (MM); • vegetable cutter (MO-01). Each element of the design has a specific function: • the drive mechanism serves to put into operation all moving parts of the attachments; • the meat grinder effectively chops meat; • the vegetable cutter cuts products into slices, circles, rings, half rings, bars; the vegetable cutter also copes well with shredding cabbage. The UKM 06-02 machine has a high-quality assembled structure, designed from durable materials with a high degree of wear resistance.
