Machine UKM-06-03, drive, meat grinder inP, rubbing machine MO-02, 1.12/1.5 kW, 220/380V Universal kitchen machine UKM-06-03 is a multifunctional device for chopping and slicing products. Using a machine of this model, you can: • get minced meat from any types of meat, fish and seafood; • rub boiled fruits and vegetables; • get thick puree from boiled potatoes. The device has a robust design made of wear-resistant materials. The delivery set does not include a stand for fixing the structure to the surface of the work table; it can be ordered separately, if necessary. The model of the machine UKM-06-03P, which is completely similar in functional characteristics, has such a stand in the set. The design of the UKM 06-03 machine consists of: • drive mechanism PM - sets in motion the functional elements of both attachments; • the inP meat grinder attachment processes products into minced meat; • the MO-02 strainer attachment allows you to get a homogeneous mass from any boiled vegetables, fruits or berries. All functional elements of the design are easily removable. Each of them is easy to clean. Strong fixation of the elements in the assembled design is guaranteed.
