Machine UKM-02-01, meat grinder inP, chopper, ripper, 220V, 0.75 kW Universal kitchen machine UKM-02-01 is used for grinding food products and obtaining masses of various consistencies from them. Structurally, the device consists of several mechanisms, each of which has its own purpose: • the drive mechanism (DM) is a kind of motor, the engine of the entire device. It sets the replaceable attachments in motion; the drive mechanism has an electromechanical control system with large buttons; • the meat grinder (MMP) is used to obtain homogeneous, minced masses; the device easily grinds meat, fish (and other seafood), and can also be successfully used for processing crackers and obtaining fine crumbs from them; • the ripper (MR) is designed to loosen the structure of dense meat by cutting individual fibers; the technical performance of the ripper reaches 1500 portions per 1 hour of operation; • the grinding mechanism (MM) is used to crush crackers and spices. The speed of the attachment when crushing crackers reaches 15 kg/h. The UKM 02-01 machine is made of durable and wear-resistant materials. All parts of the device are easily attached to each other and securely fixed.
