You cannot do without a sterilizer in catering establishments and food enterprises, especially in meat and fish shops, since these products require thorough processing and antimicrobial disinfection. Sterilizer KT 710 is made in a wall-mounted version and comes with 3 holders and holes for draining and loading water. The stop valve function controls the optimal water level in the sterilizer, and the built-in thermostat maintains its constant temperature. Complete disinfection is provided in a time interval from 15 to 50 minutes. The KT 710 sterilizer is a durable box made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The knives are inserted into three slots 46 cm long and 7 in wide. The panel with the power button is located on the side of the sterilizer and is protected by a plastic casing for additional safety.
