The products are baked quickly, completely cooked through on the inside and covered with an appetizing crust and frying on the outside. The barbecue oven VESTA VEGA 1 can be installed both outdoors and indoors equipped with an air exhaust system. The professional barbecue is suitable for use in restaurants, cafes and at outdoor events. Advantages of the VESTA VEGA 1 oven: • achieving an ideal result when frying different types of products; • high operating speed due to the special design of the oven; obtaining results 30% faster; • economical consumption of coal: 40% less coal is consumed compared to conventional ovens; • the draft and heat regulation system allows you to control the temperature level and the degree of roasting of the products inside the oven; • the design is equipped with a system for lowering and raising the grate using levers. High temperature in the working area (on average about +300°C) ensures high cooking speed. Roasting products on coals allows them to be saturated with a special specific smell, which gives the dishes a unique taste. Juicy aromatic meat, fried vegetables, steaming hot fish just from the oven - all this will undoubtedly appeal to both an ordinary visitor and an experienced gourmet. Wood coals are enough for the VESTA VEGA 1 barbecue oven to work. Neither gas nor electricity are needed. To increase the heat resistance of the structure, its walls are made of special "boiler" steel 6 in thick (in one version) or durable stainless steel 5 in thick (in another version). The grill platform and body are equipped with an internal thermal insulation system, which allows for economical use of coal and prevents emissions of excess warm air. The position of the grill grate and the distance between the products and the coals are easily changed and adjusted using a lever system. The VESTA VEGA 1 barbecue oven is equipped with: • a built-in flame arrester; • a replaceable protective screen that protects the chamber walls from overheating; • a replaceable grate; • upper and lower air draft regulators; • an ash collection box; • a thermometer. The delivery set of the VESTA VEGA 1 barbecue oven includes: • a stainless steel grill grate (1 pc.), • tongs for laying out products, • a poker for stirring coals. Installation of the grill indoors involves either connecting the equipment to a separate exhaust system, or installing a spark arrestor with a water curtain. The VESTA VEGA 1 barbecue can operate for a long time on one portion of coal, with sufficient experience of the cook.
