With the help of a barbecue of this model, in just a few minutes you can cook pork, beef or lamb chops, entrecote, chicken wings, thighs and breasts, sausages, tenderloins, fillets, fish, shrimp, squid, as well as all types of vegetables. The cooking time varies from 3 to 15 minutes depending on the type of product and the desired degree of frying. The charcoal is laid out on fireclay bricks (not included in the delivery set and purchased separately). Both grill grates are used to place products. A small portion of heat that rises from the coals envelops the upper grate. During this time, the dish is completely cooked: meat and fish are soaked in juices, vegetables acquire a softer and more delicate structure from the inside.
