Tunnel dishwasher Abat MPT-1700 (left), 1700 plates/hour, 3 washing programs, 2 dispensers (washing, rinsing), washing pump, 38.5 kW, 400V Tunnel dishwasher Abat MPT-1700 (left) is designed for use in kitchens of small, medium and large catering establishments and is used to wash soup bowls, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and trays no larger than 530 x 325 in. Tunnel dishwasher Abat MPT-1700 is equipped with a set of cassettes for installing plates and trays. The design of the tunnel dishwasher Abat MPT-1700 implies two washing modes: - actual washing, during which food residues, fat and crumbs are removed from the dishes; - rinsing – is carried out with clean water heated to +80°C. The high temperature of the water during rinsing allows not only to wash away the detergent from the dishes, but also to carry out disinfection, which kills all the bacteria contained on the surface of the dishes. After the cassette with dishes passes both modes, the pump operation and rinsing mode sensors are automatically switched off. If several cassettes with dishes are installed on the belt, the Abat MPT-1700 tunnel dishwasher will work until each plate or cutlery passes the washing and rinsing modes, after which the washing cycle enters the pause mode. Therefore, the operator does not need to monitor the moments of switching on and off the indicators, all the work is performed by the Abat MPT-1700 tunnel dishwasher automatically. The water level in the sink, as well as its temperature, are maintained automatically. The Abat MPT-1700 tunnel dishwasher (left) should be used with a washing table (SPMP-7-4) and an unloading table (SPMR-6-2), which will simplify the washing process. All nozzles and water sprayers are made of high-quality stainless steel. The Abat MPT-1700 tunnel dishwasher has a uniquely high performance: 1,700 plates per hour. Therefore, this model is ideal for large catering establishments with intensive circulation of visitors.
