Pastries, sweets and similar products. Chocolate glaze should be used when working with the device. It is allowed to add various liquid toppings and additives to change the composition and taste. Glazing machine StanGrad MG-2 has the following features: • a functional electronic temperature controller is provided, allowing you to accurately set and strictly maintain the glaze temperature during the entire glazing process; • Mitsubishi drive with frequency control function provides the ability to change the volume of glaze and its density during feeding; • the mesh conveyor belt, onto which the products are fed, moves at a certain speed, which is set and adjusted by the operator; • there is a “warm” zone located between two conveyors: a feeding mesh conveyor and a cooling conveyor. Passing products through this zone eliminates the possibility of glaze freezing. The sequence of operations when working with the StanGrad MG-2 glazing machine is as follows: • first, the roll-out receiving tank is filled with glaze; the mass is heated in it to the required temperature; • then the pump pumps out the glaze and feeds it into a separate bath, designed specifically for glazing; • after the glazing bath is filled, the operator adjusts the gap, achieving the most uniform flow of glaze streams going through the nozzles; • after this, the glazed product goes onto a separate mesh belt and is blown to dry the glaze. The process is quite simple, as is working with the machine. At the exit, all products are evenly covered with a layer of chocolate or caramel.
