The device is designed for forming and baking bases (tartlets) from shortcrust and puff pastry of different shapes and sizes. The model is equipped with an electronic timer with an audible signal at the end of the baking cycle. The timer allows you to program the baking time and makes it possible to achieve the ideal cooking result during each working cycle. The tartlet machine Pavoni Cookmatic PAV has an electromechanical push-button control system with a waterproof coating. Other design and operation features: • the machine has upper and lower heated platforms, which together form many small baking molds; • dough blanks are placed in these molds; • the upper platform covers the lower one, and during the heat treatment the products are completely baked and acquire their final shape; • the machine’s capacity can reach 700 finished products per 1 hour of operation. Removable plates: upper and lower, have a special coating (PTFE) for contact with food. The range of plates will satisfy any taste, since there are many models of different shapes and sizes. The tartlet maker does not include plates (tartlet molds) and must be purchased separately.
