Such a device is well suited for daily use in cafes and bars, where it is often necessary to simultaneously prepare different types of drinks. The cocktail mixer has 2 working containers that can be used simultaneously independently of each other, due to which the work process can be significantly accelerated. The design of the Voronezh-electro SzhN-2 mixer consists of: • a stand on a rigid body; • 2 independently controlled working zones; • 2 glasses for preparing cocktails; • 2 mixing organs; • 3-speed motor. Each working cup of the device has a volume of 1 liter and is designed for a total load of up to 450 grams of ingredients. In each cup, you can prepare 3 medium portions of a cocktail, approximately 150 grams each. Thus, using the capabilities of the device to the maximum and using 2 cups at once, you can prepare at least 6 portions of cocktails in a matter of seconds. Food-grade polycarbonate was used as a material for the manufacture of the working cup - a safe-to-use material that is chemically neutral when in contact with food products and water. Both control panels of the mixer are electromechanical. They allow you to easily activate the engine and set the preferred mixing speed. Using a small lever, you can switch speeds, choosing the maximum, medium and minimum. The positions of the levers correspond to speed values of 8000, 10000 and 12000 rpm. Add. tech.
