The pizza oven Abat PEP-4 has a spacious working chamber, which is designed for simultaneous baking of 4 products with a diameter of 350 in or one pizza with a diameter of up to 700 in. Uniform and rapid heating of the pizza crust and ingredients is ensured by the ability to set a high temperature in the chamber. The temperature range varies from +20 to +450 °C. The emergency thermal switch prevents the heating elements from heating to a temperature above +500 °C and thus prevents the equipment from failing. There are two rows of heating elements in the Abat PEP-4 pizza oven chamber: at the top and at the bottom, which allows you to speed up the cooking process. The heating power of the upper and lower heating elements can be set independently of each other. The design of the PEP-4 pizza oven provides the ability to install another oven or other equipment on the device. Thus, the pizza oven also functions as a stand. Installing pizza ovens one above the other allows you to use the workspace more rationally. Placing the Abat PEP-4 pizza oven in the kitchen of your establishment will be even more convenient if you install it on a special Abat PP-4 stand. The body of the Abat PEP-4 pizza oven is made of metal covered with polymer paint. The working chamber is partially made of galvanized steel.
