The oven is equipped with a spacious chamber in the form of a U-shaped tunnel, in the space of which a conveyor belt is placed and a powerful heating system is installed. The high temperature in the oven chamber ensures high-speed pizza preparation, ensuring uniform readiness of both the dough crust and the ingredients on its surface. Features and differences of the Gastrorag EP-VPS-8A model: • heating is carried out by heating tubes, the total number of which is 18 pieces; • the dimensions of the conveyor are 1040x355 in; • the heating temperature and the speed of the conveyor belt are set using the electronic control panel; • on average, the oven produces at least 16 pizza crusts with a diameter of 300 in per hour; • the design is equipped with legs on a height-adjustable base; • the body is made of stainless steel.
