The main purpose of the machine is fast and high-quality division of mixed batches of dough into pieces of equal weight. The Voskhod-TD-4 model is suitable for creating blanks for tin and hearth bread, as well as for creating small-sized dough products. The dough divider works best with the following types of dough masses: • dough made from wheat-rye flour (the rye flour content should not exceed 70%, and the dough moisture content should be within 51%; an exception is custard dough varieties, they are not suitable for division); • dough made entirely of wheat flour with a moisture content of: - either 40% or higher, - or 37% (the dough must contain eggs and sugar in a total percentage of at least 12%). Voskhod TD-4 dough dividers are convenient and reliable, easy to operate, and economical in using oil for lubrication. Design features of Voskhod-TD-4 dough dividers: • stainless steel body; • adjustable conveyor height; • support wheels for easy movement of the dough divider; • included conveyor belt from the best European brands; • built-in conveyor belt wetting system operating automatically (serves to ensure stable descent of divided blanks); • all parts of the dividing mechanism are made of corrosion-resistant cast iron (such cast iron is called alloyed; it is distinguished by a high degree of wear resistance); • the working mechanism and the engine are completely separated and isolated from the dough processing area, therefore, any contact of the dough mass with the functional elements of the engine is completely excluded; • point lubrication system, allowing to use oil extremely economically, but with maximum efficiency: no more than 320 ml. for making 1000 dough pieces; • oil in the lubrication system circulates due to the operation of plunger pumps; • digital indication of machine performance; • frequency drive allows stepless adjustment of performance; • convenient cleaning due to the removable design of the loading hopper; • the design of the machine provides for easy dismantling of the pistons and knife without the need to use additional tools for sanitary processing; • precise control and adjustment of the weight of the resulting blanks; • a complete locking system ensuring maximum safety for personnel when using the machine; • protection against jamming.
