The oven is designed to install 6 baking sheets measuring 600x400 in. This means that you can cook 6 different dishes at the same time! Heating of products at each level of the chamber is maximally efficient due to the built-in fan, which distributes hot air throughout the entire working volume of the chamber. The fan installed in the chamber has a reverse function, which ensures uniform thermal impact on the products at each level. The fan diameter is 20 cm. The steam humidification system provides additional efficiency to the heat treatment process. With the help of the Abat KEP-6 convection oven, the ideal result of heat treatment is guaranteed during each working cycle, no matter what you cook. The type of steam humidification system is injection. The air is humidified by injecting water into the chamber and its instantaneous transition to a vaporous state. The temperature mode of the convection oven allows you to process any food products: vegetables, meat, cereals, dough products. The maximum temperature is +270 ° C, while the built-in safety system continuously monitors the current temperature level and blocks the operation if it rises above the set norm. This system guarantees safe operation and stable performance of the equipment during active use during a shift. The electromechanical control system is equipped with a timer.
