The oven provides simultaneous preparation of bakery products and pastries on 10 baking sheets measuring 600x400 in, which ensures excellent speed of the production process. All internal surfaces of the working chamber are made of high-quality steel. The corners of the chamber have a rounded shape, so the working surfaces are easy to clean, crumbs and small pieces of pastries do not accumulate in them. In addition, the rounded corners create excellent aerodynamic conditions for the circulation of heated air throughout the chamber. Everything is simply ideal for convenient operation and obtaining high-quality products. Convection baking ovens of the Abat KEP-10 model are equipped with a steam humidification system. The supply of steam to the chamber is fully controlled by the personnel. Steam is generated by injecting water. The injection is carried out manually. The Abat KEP-10 oven operates in 2 modes: • in dry heating mode; • heating mode with manual injection of water into the chamber. The oven chamber is equipped with 3 heating elements and 3 fans, which perform the functions of heating and convection. The ventilation of the chamber is reversible: the impeller of all three fans changes the direction of movement automatically for the most efficient air distribution. The electromechanical control panel is equipped with a timer, which will allow you to control the baking time and thus easily control the result. The timer is adjusted in the range from 5 to 60 minutes. The maximum air heating temperature in the chamber is regulated within the range of up to +270°C. Sometimes, during prolonged intensive operation at maximum power, the air temperature in the chamber may increase. Therefore, in order to prevent overheating, the Abat KEP-10 convection electric oven is equipped with an emergency thermal switch, which suspends the operation of the heating elements if the temperature reaches +320°C. Then, when the temperature decreases, the previous operation of the heating elements is automatically resumed. The Abat KEP-10 oven is equipped with height-adjustable support legs. The control panel is equipped with signal lamps. Inside the chamber, there are lighting lamps covered with durable heat-resistant shades.
