The main design elements of the bakery cabinet Abat ЭШ-4к are 4 identical working chambers installed one above the other. Each chamber is equipped with a hinged door, a control panel, a hearth sheet and 13 heating elements (TEH). The front surface of the bakery cabinet body is covered with stainless steel for reliable protection against corrosion. Heating of the air in the chambers and bringing the blanks to readiness are provided by the TEH, the working temperature of which varies in the range from 20 to 270 ° C. In each chamber, the TEH are placed in groups: at the bottom, under the hearth and in the ceiling area. Thus, the air in the chamber, when both groups of TEH are activated, is heated quickly and evenly. The operation of the TEH is controlled by multi-position thermostats installed individually for each group of heaters. Each chamber of the Abat ESH-4k bakery cabinet has a built-in thermal switch chip, which monitors the heating progress of the TEH and does not allow them to reach a temperature above +320 ° C. The doors of the chambers have a built-in sealing gasket and are also equipped with a spring mechanism, which ensures tight closing.
