  • Press (contact) grill - an apparatus for heating or preparing dishes such as panini, shawarma, grilled vegetables and meat, closed sandwiches. Its operating principle: two surfaces are clamped together. The surfaces are made of non-stick coating, they can be ribbed or smooth. The design is made in such a way that the lower surface is stationary, and the upper one is adjustable. This allows you to cook dishes of different thicknesses, thermally processing them from both sides simultaneously. The unit is equipped with a heat-insulated handle for convenient clamping of surfaces. The clamping equipment is used in the culinary departments of hypermarkets, as well as in snack bars, cafes, restaurants and coffee shops
